The Warehouse Distribution project is located in the city of Indio and is a light industrial facility. The facility is designed to distribute frozen bags of marinades for steak, chicken and fish to high end restaurants and hotels in Southern California. The visionary business owner is from Seattle and is part owner of a family business, the Sage Restaurant which is located in Old Town La Quinta. I highly recommend dining at "Sage" to taste the variety of flavors these marinades bring to the table. Orr started this tenant improvement in May and it is scheduled to be completed by the end of August. Although rather challenging, the Orr Team was able to restore this 25 year old building and bring it up to city code standards. All of this was accomplished with great interest and enthusiasm from the Orr Team involved in the project and we appreciate all of them. Special thanks to Scott Werry and Carlos Martin who put in a lot of hard work and effort into this project.
