4,700 sq. ft. Ground-up Clubhouse
Orr Builders began construction on a new 4,700 sq. ft. "custom designed" restaurant / bar pavilion building for The Stone Eagle Golf Club on April 27, 2015. The building included a bar area with a main dining area, a wine room, a full service kitchen with wood fired pizza oven and a private dining room with an adjacent private patio. A 5,000 sq. ft. patio area was built for outdoor dining and social activities.

- Custom Structural Steel "curved" radius beams and bracing
- Custom underground HVAC supply and return air system
- Custom "curved" radius Glazing panels for rolling door system in bar, dining and private dining areas

Construction duration was 10 months with completion and turnover of the new restaurant/bar pavillion building and outdoor pation on 2/22/16.
